The Retirement bar is dated with the current year-date to commemorate the retirement year for the retiree and the blank medallion remains un-dated. Personalize the back of the silver bar and or both sides of the blank medallion with custom engraving to make it even more special. Many customers will engrave the Retiree's name along with a date and/or a special message of encouragement.  The blank medallion could also be engraved with a company logo for extra personalization (please note logo engravings are more per piece, see here for details.)

The mat itself is silver foil stamped on several different mat colors. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the color you will receive, but you can add notes to your order requesting colors you would like. Colors normally available are black, green, red, maroon and blue.
